Follow applicable authority, disclosure, recusal, and conflict-management requirements.

Public accountability

Governance information should be accurate, current, and appropriately shared.

Current titles

Public leadership titles should match the association's current recorded status.

Meeting records

Agendas, minutes, decisions, and follow-up should be preserved as required.

The current version of each governing document should be identifiable.
